On this process, we clean the supply system of ducts to carry heated or cooled air from the furnace/air conditioner (air handler) to various parts of the home or building, and a return duct system to bring fresh air back to the air handler to be heated or cooled again.
Our technicians clean each individual supply vent and return for all possible dust and debris. We use a Power Rod System (agitation system) along with our HEPA Air Vacuum with the power needed to place large sections of an air duct network under negative pressure, pull dislodged contaminants out of the duct system and capture them and not let it them being re-introduced into your home.
On the inside of your home in the furnace is the evaporator - also known as the 'air-conditioning coil' or 'A-Coil' because it's shaped normally like an 'A.'
The A-Coil must be kept clean as air from the blower must be able to freely flow through it during both the heating and cooling season.
The Blower Motor is an important part of the furnace, which is responsible for the airflow in your heating and cooling system.
The Blower Motor is a component that accumulates a large amount of dust on their blades and is very important to clean it; otherwise, it will decrease the efficiency of the unit and may cause the fan motor to stop working.
Mold and mildew in your home can be a real problem. It is smelly and unsightly. More important, for millions of people with allergies or asthma, it is unhealthy. Now there is a new technology that will let us not only clean mold in your home but to treat surfaces to inhibit future mold growth!
Molds produce tiny spores to reproduce. Mold spores waft through the indoor and outdoor air continually. When mold spores land on a damp spot indoors, they may begin growing and digesting whatever they are growing on in order to survive. When excessive moisture or water accumulates indoors, mold growth will often occur, particularly if the moisture problem remains undiscovered or un-addressed.
Controls and inhibits the growth of microorganisms - such as bacteria, fungi, mold, and mildew - that grow in the ductwork of HVAC systems. Dark, moist areas (like ductwork) are ideal for the growth of mold and other contaminants.
Molds produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, toxins that may cause reactions in humans. Symptoms include allergic reactions (hay fever, runny nose, red eyes, skin rash), asthma attacks, and infections.
BBJ MicroBiocide for Air Ducts, with its unique BBJ Envirogard formula, keeps mold from growing in the ductwork for 6 months to 2 years.
BBJ MicroBiocide for Air Ducts can be applied in homes, even when they are occupied!
